Maintenance Unlimited, Inc. is a corporation that is owned and managed by Gabe Nathan.  Maintenance Unlimited was started in El Paso in August 1977 by his parents, Ben and Linda Nathan, who have now retired.  Gabe started working for Maintenance Unlimited in 1993 as a window cleaner and floor maintenance man and has worked his way through all phases of the janitorial business.  Gabe has the degree of Bachelor of Business Administration and has been certified by the International Executives Housekeepers Association as a Registered Executive Housekeeper.  Maintenance Unlimited has several account managers that will meet with you and insure that all of your needs are met.  These account managers are effective because each one meets directly with the employee in which cleans your facility.  Our account managers will routinely do a walk through to insure that your facility is immaculate and that all of your special requests have been completed.

Cleaning Staff

We understand that a well-trained, honest, and efficient cleaning staff is the foundation of Maintenance Unlimited. We carefully recruit our staff, screening for trustworthiness, reliability, and the willingness to follow instructions and learn new techniques. All employees must complete rigorous training sessions that include cleaning methods, knowledge and use of products, proper use and care of equipment, building security procedures, quality control, and company rules. New cleaning staff then begins on-the-job training under the direction of a supervisor until such time as the employee has learned the specifications of each building and can complete these duties without assistance. Our supervisors then continue unscheduled inspections to insure quality control.

Although we are constantly hiring and training new janitorial staff we have many workers who have been with Maintenance Unlimited for many years. We are very proud of our employees and the superior work that they perform. We have received numerous letters of commendation from our customers regarding the work of specific employees.

Insurance

Maintenance Unlimited carries general liability insurance in the amount of $2,000,000 and worker's compensation insurance in the amount of $1,000,000 per accident.

Bonding

Maintenance Unlimited employees are bonded in the amount of $25,000.00.
