Complete Janitorial Service
We supply a complete janitorial service that we customize to your needs.
We provide service from seven days per week to one day per week. We
offer restroom cleaning, complete dusting, vacuuming, dust mopping,
sweeping, wet mopping, furniture polishing, upholstery shampooing,
window cleaning, complete floor maintenance,
pressure washing, warehouse cleaning,
and any other cleaning task that can be imagined. We also inventory,
purchase, and maintain disposable supplies for our customers. We have
full-time janitors, day maids and porters, and scheduled route janitors.
Window Cleaning
Window cleaning is our specialty. We offer many diverse window cleaning service plans, which provide service
several times per week
or
as infrequently as one time per year. We wash all windows from
high-rise to single and double story buildings of all kinds to just a
couple of hard-to-reach panes.
Many
buildings have windows that have been stained by water. Hard water
contains minerals that bond to glass. If left untreated these mineral
deposits will not only mar the appearance of the window but will also
reduce the tinsel strength of the glass. We will be happy to provide a
professional inspection and a free alkali removal test on your water
stained windows. In most cases the staining can be corrected and the
glass restored.
Carpet and Upholstery Service
Our
customers can choose to include carpet and upholstery cleaning in their
service contract. Our technicians can clean and deodorize your carpets
and upholstery and remove gum and most spots.
Floor Care
We provide complete floor care for all types of flooring: vinyl, ceramic
tile, wood, marble, granite,
terrazzo
and cement. We are experienced in floor care and are able to recommend
and apply the best methods and products for your specific floor needs.
We will provide an electric or high speed propane buffer in order to
maintain a brilliant shine to your vinyl tile flooring. For the most
glossy look we always recommend daily buffing.
24-Hour Emergency Services
As a part of
our contract janitorial services we are able to offer emergency
services, such as broken glass cleanup,
emergency water extraction, and disaster cleanings.

phones are answered 24 hours a day by a real person.
Day Maid/Porter Service
We
will be pleased to provide uniformed daytime janitors. Our day staff
carries beepers so that you can contact them on your premises for
special requests. All of our daytime cleaning staff is completely
trained in janitorial skills and proper business etiquette.
Paper Goods
We can save our customers money in the purchase price of their
disposable supplies because we buy in quantity. For our cost plus a
normal service fee we will maintain your inventory, order, purchase, and
stock your paper goods.
You will be
invoiced at the end of each month
with your regular invoice for janitorial
services.
