Maintenance Unlimited has been providing quality cleaning services since 1972. We have shown through the years that we can handle contracts of any size and scope. We also have the financial base needed for the start-up on new buildings, including outlays for personnel, equipment, and supplies.

We provide a complete janitorial service. There will never be a need to call another company for windows or carpet cleaning service. We do it all.

Management

We are locally owned and operated, not part of a franchise janitorial company. Janitorial cleaning is our sole business. Our reputation rests on the service that we provide to our customers. We are dedicated to responsive customer service.

Our management team is experience and educated in the performance of janitorial work. Gabe has the degree of Bachelor of Business Administration and has been certified by the International Executives Housekeepers Association as a Registered Executive Housekeeper.  Maintenance Unlimited has several account managers that  have been trained in proper building maintenance.  They will insure that all of your janitorial needs are met.  Our account managers will routinely do a walk through to insure that your facility is immaculate and that all of your special requests have been completed.

Cleaning staff

We have a proven employee training regimen. The custodians in your building will be completely capable of performing their assigned cleaning tasks. All cleaning staff is closely supervised and frequent inspections are performed to insure consistent work quality. All of our employees are covered by General Liability insurance in the amount of $2,000,000, Workers' Compensation insurance in the amount of $1,000,000, and a Business Services bond for $25,000.

Routes

Two-person crews on janitorial routes complete cleaning for any customer that does not require a full-time staff. All route employees, day or night, report to work at our business location. We provide a company truck, equipment, cleaning supplies, and freshly laundered terry cloth hand towels, which are used as cleaning cloths. Each truck is completely refitted each day by Dolores Pedroza, who has been a Maintenance Unlimited employee since 1988. She empties vacuum bags, cleans each wet mop, washes all terry cloth rags and dust mops, refills all cleaning product containers, and makes sure that each truck has everything needed for the next shift. The team in each truck then performs routine daily cleaning duties. We see each employee every day and are, therefore, able to convey messages in person and give special instructions as needed. We are also able to determine that our people have proper working equipment and all of the supplies that they will need. If someone is unable to work on a given shift we are able to provide a qualified substitute. We also have specialized teams that provide scheduled periodic cleaning (floor scrubbing and waxing, high dusting, window cleaning, light bulb changing, carpet shampooing, upholstery cleaning, etc.)  for each customer as needed.

On-site cleaning personnel

Our on-site cleaning staff has been completely trained in janitorial skills and proper business etiquette. All personnel are uniformed and equipped with beepers for your convenience in contacting them on your premises. They are available to handle emergencies or special requests immediately. On-site cleaners can also provide continual maintenance in high traffic areas, such as lobbies, kitchens, and restrooms or cleaning of your sensitive or secured areas. They are on hand to prepare your building for special guests or inspections. We frequently inspect all work performed by on-site personnel to insure quality and to check equipment and supplies.
